  After reading the reviews I was very comfortable selecting Somerset Urgent Care, now I'm guessing none of the reviews are people of color. I say that because it was very clear by the receptionist's attitude that she is not accustom to dealing with all races. In no way was she inviting, I would say if you are coming to an Urgent Care facility it's likely you are not feeling well and a welcoming attitude can make all the different. The receptionist was less than friendly, asked for my id and medical card like she thought I might not have insurance, abruptly told me they don't accept my insurance and I should call the number on the back of my card for locations, or I would have to pay a fee starting at $140, sounds like a ploy to shew me away. Now, one might say she was doing her job, but it's all about delivery not what you say but how you say it. If you are not customer service savvy or not use to providing service to people who don't look like her, than I suggest you find a job more suiting. Disappointed:(
